The apartment had a great location – just a short walk from the city center, so we didn’t need to use public transport at all. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a bonus. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had beautiful high ceilings that gave it a very airy feel. Everything looked just like in the pictures. Another big plus was the paid parking right next to the building – super convenient if you’re arriving by car.

The location of the property was beautiful, basically you could say it was almost in the heart of the city! Close to everything a gorgeous 15-20 min walk to the major sight seeing areas, and overall close to everything that you would want too see in Krakow and to experience the city. To access the property you didn’t need to talk with anyone at the reception as they send a message to you with the pass codes to the doors and corridors and helpful access to each floor with an elevator.

I liked the location of the hotel a lot, right next to the old city of Krakow. I also liked the easy self check in system and how clean the room and the hotel were. We were also treated with a couple of water bottles and some espresso capsules which I found fantastic.

Clean and very cheap, would definitely stay again! Didn't see any staff but didn't need them and was a number if we did.

Very nice place near the museum Narodwe near transit points. Communication could be faster and also early check in possiblities should be provided. Travelers come with luggage and check in time at 4 pm is not friendly specially in winter months. Nice if they could try accomodate early check in on request.

The host could not have been more accommodating. He provided early check in (10.30am) and had a member of housekeeping available to collect payment for early check in (€20) as the payment link would not work for me. Breakfast was delivered to the door each morning. And the host was so prompt to response to all messages. The apartment was spacious and was warm but also had big windows which allowed us to let in the fresh air. Location is perfect, about a 15 min walk to the square. I felt very safe walking this home at night also (2 women). There is a convenience shop next door. The code lock on each door made it feel very safe

The apartment is very spacious, quite modern and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay for one night as a place in a good distance from the aiport. The apartment was clean. Access was easy and given fully on-line via whatsapp. The host was very firendly, answered all our question and was available despite late hour (1am). Breakfasts are delivered to the door in boxes in 3 options (sweet, classic and vege) - they include more than enough for one person. The quality of food was good.

Great communication with the staff. Although we didn't meet anyone, they answered all questions before our arrival. We got vouchers for breakfast for nearby restaurant. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was clean, very spacious. Location is on ten minutes from centre.
